I live in high altitude. How do I adjust your mix?

Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one-tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.


 

Can this be made into a loaf?

Yes-The oven temperature should be 375 degrees and the baking time will be increased by 5 minutes.
