Catalogs are not sent the same day they are requested. They are sent as bulk mail and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
To request a catalog, you can fill out a Catalog Request form, or you can call Customer Service at 1-800-525-0177 to leave your name and address in the catalog request voicemail box.
