Storage recommendation:

Where are the blueberries in your mix? There was no can of blueberries.

We use dried wild blueberries and they are added directly to the dry mix.



Can I make mini-muffins?

Yes-See back of box for recipe.  follow regular directions and decrease baking time to 10 to 12 minutes.



Can I make pancakes out of this mix?

Yes instructions are on the box- just reduce the milk amount to 2/3 cup.



Why should I let the mix rest?

This helps the blueberries to reconstitute. It is not a required step.


 

Can I make this into a quick bread loaf?

Yes, grease loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.


 

I live in high altitude. How do I adjust your mix?

Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.


 

What is the natural blueberry flavoring made from?

It is made from corn. (dextrose)


 

Can I use this in a bread machine? 

Yes, a customer had made it on the sweet bread cycle and it came out like a little cake. Depends on what cycles your machine has.
