I live in high altitude. How do I adjust your mix?

Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one-tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.


 

Can I make this into a loaf?

Yes-Lower over temperature to 375 degrees and increase the baking time to 20 minutes.
