Why are there little black specks in my product?

That is part of the whole grain corn. This is common to see.



I live in high altitude. How do I adjust your mix?

Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.


 

Can I make muffins out of this mix?

Yes, set the oven temperature at 400 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.


 

Is this mix considered whole grain?

Yes, it is 50% whole grain 17g per serving.


 

What is GDL?

 Glucono Delta Lactone – it is a natural leavening made from simple sugar – 99% dextrose (from corn)
