Is this a whole grain product?
Yes, the flour and corn meal are whole grain.
Why are there little black specks in my product?
That is part of the whole grain corn. This is common to see.
I live in high altitude. How do I adjust your mix?
Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
Do I need to grease the loaf pan?
Yes or use parchment paper.
