Is it considered whole grain

Yes 31g per serving.

Can I use the bread machine to make dough?

 Yes

What order do I put the ingredients in the machine?

Check your machine instructions for the proper order.

Which setting should I use?

Use the dough cycle.

What else can I make with this?

Bread sticks, mini pizza crusts. You can place dough on  greased baking sheet and partially bake.  At this point you are able to put your toppings on and continue to bake until cheese is melted or done to your liking.  You can also freeze the partially baked crust for future use.  May be put directly on rack in oven for a crispier crust.

If my box does not contain a yeast packet, what should I use?

You should use 2 ½ tsp. (8.75g) Fast Rise Yeast.

Tips for better handling the dough:

Grease the pan you wish to bake it on.  Grease your hands with oil or butter.  Start with mound of dough in the center of pizza sheet.  Sprinkle a little gluten free all purpose flour on the mound and  pat with your greased hands.  Then press out toward outer edge of pan carefully.  Once you have it all spread out, poke with fork and bake until lightly tanned.  You are ready to either top with your favorite ingredients or freeze.

Note: some people chill the dough a little before working with it on the baking pan.
