Yes

How do I add this to a bread machine?

How is our organic white flour so white without bleaching?

The supplier tempers the whole grain in water which makes it easier for them to remove almost all of the bran from the wheat. After the remaining product has then been milled very finely it goes through a “purification” step- in this process the flour is blown through a machine that has a set amount of air blowing against the flour from the bottom. Since the remaining specs of bran are lighter weight than the rest of the flour particles, the air from underneath blows the bran specs out of the rest of the flour. Essentially, this flour product is so white because all the bran was removed during the milling process. There is no worry that this product has been bleached as the supplier has no equipment/machines to even be able to chlorinate flour.

How do I make this self-rising?

Add 1 ½ tsp. baking powder and ½ tsp. salt per cup needed.

If I store my flour in the freezer, what do I do before using it in a recipe?

It is best to bring all ingredients to room temperature before use, unless otherwise specified in the recipe.

Why does it need to be room temperature?

Because cold ingredients may adversely affect the recipe performance.

Is this bromated?

No
