How can I be sure it is gluten free?
Certified by CSA Celiac Support Association to be 5 ppm. It is produced in a gluten free environment on a dedicated line. Batches are tested used Elisa Gluten Assay test.
Is it considered whole grain?
No it is not. Flax is considered a seed, not grain. But we use the whole seed. Nothing has been removed.
Why is your flax seed different?

What is the difference between brown and golden flax?
Brown and golden flax are nutritionally identical and may be interchanged in recipes. The Golden Flax is organic.
How do I use this product?
Add to yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs or a smoothie for breakfast. Use in your favorite salads, casseroles, vegetables and baked goods. Can be used as an egg replacement by combining 1 Tbsp. flax/chia blend with 3 Tbsp. water. Let mixture set 2-5 minutes.
