How do I use this product?

Product may be used with many different meats and vegetables. It can be used as a dry coating or as a wet batter for fried foods. It also makes a delicious country white gravy.



Why does the batter come off my food?

 Be sure to have the surface of the food as dry as possible before coating the food.



 Why does my food not get done?

When frying, use proper oil temperature and cook in small batches. Baked items may need to be turned once during the cooking process.



What liquids work best with this product?

Water, club soda, or beer may be used as the batter liquid.



When did you remove the MSG?

It was removed from this product in July of 2013.


 

What are the spices in this flour?

The blend is proprietary information. If you have a particular spice you are allergic to, we can tell whether or not it is in the blend. It does not contain yeast of yeast derivatives. It doesn’t contain onion , garlic. paprika or curry. It does contain pepper.
