There is do difference aside from color. They are two varieties of corn.


 

How do I use it?

It can be used alone to make cornbread or muffins or in combination with other flours in many recipes. Typical use is ½ of the total flour can be replaced with this.


 

Is this a whole grain product?

This is a Southern style porridge made from boiled cornmeal.

Why does it need to be room temperature?
