How can I be sure it is gluten free?

Certified by CSA Celiac Support Association to be 5 ppmIt is produced in a gluten free environment on a dedicated line. Batches are tested used Elisa Gluten Assay test.



Is it considered whole grain? 

No it is not. Flax and Chia are considered seeds, not grain. But we use the whole seed. Nothing has been removed.



What is Flax Chia Blend? 

It is brown milled flax seed and white sliced chia seed. 

 


What are the proportions of flax to chia? 

The blend is proprietary information and cannot be shared.



How do I use this product?  

Add to yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs or a smoothie for breakfast .Use in your favorite salads, casseroles, vegetables and baked goods. Can be used as an egg replacer by combining 1 Tbsp. flax/chia blend with 3 Tbsp. water.  Let mixture set 2-5 minutes.
