Adjustment may not be necessary but additional liquid may be needed. Add one-tablespoon additional liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
Can I make this into a loaf?
Yes-Lower over temperature to 375° and increase the baking time to 20 minutes.
What is GDL?
Glucono Delta Lactone – it is a natural leavening made from simple sugar – 99% dextrose (from corn)
