Yellow corn.

What part of the corn does it come from?

The Endosperm.

The cornstarch was not dissolved completely before heat was applied to the recipe.

Why won’t my cornstarch thicken?

Mixture is not at a boil or the mixture did not boil long enough or it boiled for too long.

What else can I use cornstarch for?

There are many uses—We have a pamphlet for that.

Does your cornstarch contain Sulfites?

It is processed with Sulfites but contains less than 10ppm so we are not required to declare it.
