Oh no! It very rarely happens, but once in a while you may find a boxed mix without a yeast packet. Please contact us (customerservice@hodgsonmill.com) and we’ll gladly send you a replacement coupon.
If you want to bake the mix immediately, you can use yeast you have on hand – you’ll need 5/16 oz., or 8.75 g of active dry yeast (approximately 3 ⅛ tsp or if you use fast rise, 3 ⅝ tsp). If you use another brand’s yeast packet your loaves may not rise as high.
