How can I be sure it is gluten free?

Certified by the Celiac Support Association to be 5ppm.  It is produced in a gluten free environment on a dedicated line.  Batches are tested used Elisa Gluten Assay test.



Is it considered whole grain?

Yes, it has the 50%+ Whole Grain stamp 25g per serving.



Why is it not 100% whole grain? 

Pearled Sorghum is not considered a whole grain as the outer coating has been removed.



How do I use Steel Cut Oats, Sorghum and Quinoa Hot Cereal? 

It can be cooked as a hot cereal. It can also be cooked and used in a pilaf or casserole.



Do I have to cook Steel Cut Oats, Sorghum and Quinoa Hot Cereal?

Yes, due to the type of grains, it would be difficult to consume without cooking first.
